TreadMoves offers four distinct workouts, so there is something for everyone!

Each TreadMoves workout offers a full-body workout from warm up to cool down. Additionally, each TreadMoves workout is unique and complements the other workouts in the series. Used alone or in combination, TreadMoves workouts will take you beyond your traditional, boring treadmill workouts and will have your heart and mind racing!

Aerobic Cardio Blast and Extreme Moves involve moves that require coordination. In fact, several workouts will be necessary in order for you to master all the moves. We intentionally designed it this way to prevent you from getting bored with the workouts. Conversely, Total Body Sports Conditioning and Training for Speed have no aerobic moves or combinations - they consist of strictly walking, jogging, running, hill climbing, and/or sprinting (and in Total Body Sports Conditioning, resistance training).
