Dear TreadMoves:

I love the treadmill workout Training for Speed! I was/am a marathon runner, who after marriage, a move and a new job decided to change my running focus from training for marathons to running for me. The transition wasn't easy.

Last winter, (I live in northern Canada,) I struggled through some serious weather. My only motivation to go out and run was that I was training for the Boston marathon. This year, I don't have that motivation. After a six week hiatus before Christmas, I decided to buy a treadmill. At the end of a hard days work, it isn't easy to get on the treadmill. Even if I did, the boredom settled in quickly and the workout was short lived.

With your video, Training for Speed, I have no choice but to get involved and stay involved. I am intermediate-advanced, and my goal is to be able to complete the entire advanced workout by fall. The feeling when I am done is incredible. I feel I have had a great workout. I hope you will make more running videos.. I am looking forward to the physical results as the psychological ones are unbelievable.

I won a treadmill for my beautiful wife (Corrina) a year ago, through a radio contest. She was thrilled when she got it. She had been a runner for a few years, but then suffered a broken ankle one summer and some difficult personal circumstances were happening in our lives at that time, so she stopped running.

When we received the treadmill, she immediately began walking, and doing just a little bit of running. Over the past year, she lost fifteen pounds and set her goals to lose more. One day, she told me that her goal is to run a 5K, something she has never done before. She told me about these videos she'd seen on the Internet, and mentioned they might be fun to try. I decided to purchase Aerobic Cardio Blast and Total Body Sports Conditioning for her birthday.

As soon as she received them, she popped them in the VCR, and began working out. The smile on her face when she was finished was priceless. I will enjoy seeing her smile every day after she has done a TreadMoves video. Thank you TreadMoves, for making me the most wonderful husband in the world!

Dear TreadMoves,

I purchased all of your videos and have never had so much fun on my treadmill. I'm an avid gym person, but there are some days that I cannot get there before work and so I do a video. I'm a Cathy Smith follower and I've been waiting for treadmill videos and was so excited to see these -- I ordered them and have been having so much fun.

The Aerobic Cardio Blast gives Me something to work up to as I'm a little timid about the "side-stepping" - the shuffles are coming along very well and seeing one of the instructors holding on to the handrails during some of these moves is very helpful, too. You know that they have to learn, too! I also like the fact that the aerobic section is longer than 30 minutes, that extra 10 to 15 min. really makes a difference in burning the calories.

These videos are very inspiring and the instructors are very encouraging and fun. I am a grandmother of 4 (I am 56 yrs.old) and the strength that I have gained from these two videos has made running after them a lot easier. Mixing these with my others have finally given Me a good balance of cross training. I love the weight workout part, too. I feel that I am very coordinated with the step and aerobic workout tapes, but the shuffling and side-stepping have challenged Me, which I like very much.

Keep up the great work and I'm am so looking forward to more of your videos.
